take out everything you dont need, if you have on board video, take out your video card and use on board, take out all but 1 stick of ram. and see if it boots, if it does not, try a different stick of ram. if you have tried all ram, you may have just a bad MB. well I finally figured out where the pins connect. and when I try to boot the mobo won't. The only thing that runs on it is the CPU fan.

That's the least of my problems now I broke the fckin mobo
