well I finally figured out where the pins connect. and when I try to boot the mobo won't. The only thing that runs on it is the CPU fan. make sure the red tab on the power supply is set to 110 and not 230. Also does your mobo have status indicator LEDs that show if you have any issues? What mobo do...
