It's a speed mod for Q4. Not really any significant changes (from what I've read) other than it will add certain times to your HUD and final score, etc. As far as I know, you need the mod to play the demos... The mod also comes with a mappack for some speed maps to run around on.

Like I said, not my cup of tea.
