Quake 4 Demo I recorded of Whiplash Vs Hell. For me its a bit choppy, not sure why though.

It was choppy because you were pinging over 100 to the server, so the game had to compensate.

And I swear I remember Hell being better than that... I think I could have a close game with him on one of my good days in that game.

I don't think he's pinging 100 to a UK server. Seemed like it was a spectator demo, which would lag like spectator mode does.
