Sombra Caught Cheating

I am very sorry to announce that we had a cheater in Euro Duel League. The player, who showed some great improvement recently and did well in the d3porte tourney + won Oktoberfest provided and sponsored by quake.cz,

Sombra, cheated. Sombra sent his endgame screenshots just a few minutes after his match and probably didn't realise (or he did, but too late) those show and prove he was using a wallhack and a radar cheat. I have no choice but to ban him for all QuakeQuickCup.com tourneys, including the upcoming Nations Cup.

Yea... I'm not too surprised with cheaters anymore, but SombrA is a pretty well known name. That was kind of shocking to me. It was pretty damn funny to see that he accidentally sent in the screenshots himself without thinking about it.

Yea, I know... I'm still shocked hehe. You need to read the comments and find where SombrA supposedly said they need to take that entry down or he'll get a lawyer and take legal action.

He has no legal grounds to sue on. He cheated in a public tournament which is a violation of the rules, thus giving them a written reason to post proof of the event and make it public. He also signed up for a public tournament, and submitted the screenshots to a public website, automatically making them public domain. There is no slander, there is no copyright infringement. There is absolutely nothing he can do about that. It's all on his head. There is no un-send button on your email.
