I'll be working on a up coming Dvd starting right after Project Gow Nov 7th.. Gonna take some time off from moding & do what everyones been asking me to do for so long, Which is give them advice on workout tips, Eating plans etc.. unfortuntly I was'nt able to get back to the many of guys i promised i'd take the time out to talk with them over phone,Xfire etc on helping them get together a workout & eating plan. Looking back on the many ppl a blew off by not getting back to them *no homo
i decided to give back by for filling my promise & making this Dvd.
