Installing DirectX 10.0 on Windows XP

Notice the operating system and direct x version when I typed dxdiag in start menu/run and hit enter.

Just installed DirectX 10, and so far its running nice, ima go mess with crysis and play it on very high
lol

although not for long though sence ionly have a singlecore pc haha

its not even opening crysis now. =|

I just restarted my pc and now i cant start window's....

Im geting stuck in startup at "detecting IDE Drives"

...................................O_O....
