Why are we all fighting over some rock and a tire? We should all just have a nice, cold beer and forget about all of it. ;)

Ok i under stand then it'd be 72 x pi = 226.08

72=d btw I'm not figuring this out by calculator and clicking the pi button we are using 3.14 as pi not 3.141592653589793238462643383....

so lets say 72 x pi = 226.08cm, you want to convert cm to km so you multiply ... right?? not divide?
well you can do it that way but i live in america so i dont think in km. but you shouldnt have to convert because you already know that 1km = 100,000cm.
Well it says show your answer in km so yea, them I am right? or.. ?

What's so hard about grade 10? :P Canadian Highschool in its entirety is a joke. Most chill 4 years of my life. Enjoy it while it lasts...Not that my school is that much harder now, but I don't have near the amount of free time that I did in high school.

C = pi * 2 r
226.194 = 3.14 * 2 * 36cm
rock hits ground 1 time every 226.194cm of the distance
distance = 1km = 1000m = 100,000cm
100,000cm/226.194cm=revolutions in 1 mile or number of time rock hits ground
442 revolutions or 442 times
Units dont matter they cancel.....
