lol, Ruiner's been through this before. I'm pretty sure he knows the drill. It's mostly just remembering to take your meds at as close to 12 hour intervals as possible, and trying to be as active as possible without overdoing it. I'm pretty sure drinking's going to be a no-no for at least the first month or 2 though. From what I've been told, drinking can really F up a new kidney if you're not careful. And I'm pretty sure he doesn't want a second rejection.
