yes, you have g0 !!!

well, yeah, you should get 3.0 - 3.2 ghz without fancy cooling. because it shouldn't require too terribly much over-voltaging.

Lemme look over the mobo specs, I'll repost in a bit. The mother board is key to all CPU overclocking.

ok, wtf, go disable Intel SpeedStep first of all. Do that now. Right now, stop reading this, restart, enter bios, and disable that.

it should be reading 2.8ghz, instead of 1.9. Speedstep (or any of the energy saving systems) kill stability in an OC.
