Although Warsow isn't as "Polished" as Q4, or even D3, as far as the Server Browser. I think the type defaults to Global, but if not, better set it:

Even after that please note, that the servers do NOT automatically show up, now you have to go down, and SEARCH to start it. It's not as fast as some other games, so give it a little bit, to get them all:

Now, if you cannot see any servers, and you ARE set to global, and HAVE searched for them, then you are blocking it somehow. To HOST a server you have to open up port 44,440. If you cannot see servers, try forwarding that port, and make sure UDP is set. Generally this is for hosting only, but your mileage will vary depending on what FW you are using.
