Yea you can go at a pretty good speed.

In CA gametype you can rocket jump off walls which has you going at speeds far greater then the ones showed in the video clip.

For those that preferred the movement in the earlier releases, there is an option you can use in the console to go from the more Painkiller style movement that is it's current default, to more of a CPM movement.

cg_oldmovement 1 = cpm style
cg_oldmovement 0 = pk style

I think it's making a comeback Snowy. With my sux0r mouse (needs to go away), and not enough buttons, I have problems trying to get/use the third button function ie, sprint/wall bounce.

Need a better mouse.

I installed it the other day. I can aim, but I don't know the maps or where the weapons are. And I need a count up clock instead of count down.
