very true, mine said 10 days 9 hours i came back 3 hours latewr it moved down 3 hours, but about 30 min later it was suddenly at 22 hours, so YES it does speed up as it goes.

You dont have to be online to actually work on a Protien unit. Only have to be online when its time to submit your work and recieve the next unit.

Sabooya, you may want to double check your Config. If you skipped right over the prompt for "Accept Work Units Greater Than 5M", which defaults to NO, you are getting the easier, less point friendly work units. On the text version, you should have the same prompt at some place. Also, maybe Crush can clarify, I saw an option near the end of the text only version, after the 5M size prompt, where it said scientific cores ?? It's defaulted to NO, so I left it there, but I wonder if THAT is the 1337 setting.
