CRT has the advantage of higher refresh rates. I must say, though, that I love me some widescreen 8)

You can probably get a 20+ inch monitor from ebay for around that price, CRT.

You're loking at collection only tho so pick one wnear you or $100+ on shipping hehe

CRt have always been the best for gaming imo.

If you have alien eyes like mine they will adjust to any ghosting etc. 20.1 inches of widescreen goodness is great. Expecially when working on the Lounge :P

I really still like CRT's. I think LCD's can vary wildly, in their refreshing. I've seen numbers games played, ie, not on/off (refresh rate), but more of a "grey to grey". My suggestion is to read the reviews on NewEgg.com. Pretty much any CRT will work, flatscreens the best. LCD's can be had for cheap, BUT, watch out, most times they will refresh so slow, and the banding will be soo bad, you'll shoot yourself. Playing it safe, and keeping a lower budget, 19's aren't as noticible when ghosting, 20, 21, 22+, it becomes painfully obvious.

CRTs are better for gaming, but LCDs are cooler :P
