searching for server

O.k guy heres the story
Suntzu and i have decided that while we are happy with the present euQ4 server for the purpose of outside clan recruitment we need a public server.
Now i am more than happy to finance this but i want to rent 1 from a Swedish based company and can we find 1(obvioully not or i would,nt be asking for help)
So any help advise or imput of any kind will be gratefully received
