virus trouble

So I got some program loaded onto my computer today. "Windows police". It kept popping up after I would restart computer, would say it was scanning for viruses. I tried to delete it in program files and it wouldn't let me. So I went into safe mode and got it deleted. But now when I try and get into program files now it won't open for me. Also, I cannot get system restore to work. Everything else seems to be working fine.

Any ideas how to get into program files ? Or to get system restore to work ? I'm kind of n00by when it comes to spyware sh!t, any advice would be great. Thanks guys

Download sdfix, run it in safe mode. It ALWAYS takes care of problems i have, and I cant fix it myself.
