Pretty much the same problem I'm having. I'm not sure what to do to fix it. Any ideas?

Hmm, hadn't heard of that one Alex. My gut tells me sound isn't being rendered correctly. Only one or two games ? What soundcard, what type and amount of speakers ?

Borderlands, Fallout 3, and Metro 2033. I think there is a pattern there...

if your only having the problem with COD, then i would backup yoru config and totally delete it and see if it makes a change.
