• Ogamers, FIGHT the "Officer" hit the petition, and

OK, for those who don't know, G.F. has decided in their infinite wisdom, to allow a new batch of PAID features to Ogame. This goes well beyond the existing Commander feature, which just made things easier, but did not give an ADVANTAGE over any other player. The new feature "Officer" allows OGamers to BUY, or I should say RENT additional research, mine production, fleet slots, esp levels, and energy production. This works to tear apart at the very nature of the game. Focus, dedication, and hard work USED TO BE, what mattered, and it was reflected in your score/standing. Now, with people pulling out their credit cards, and PAYING to advance themselves. Not sure WHERE OGame or GF is going to end up. If you are opposed to this blatent "legal cheat", then sign the petition, and make yourself heard.

Wow, just checked and it seems with Sancho's post, in those two days prior to him signing the petition, over 7,900 more people have signed up, protesting the Officer move. Everyone get everyone else to sign up on that.

I sent it to the number 18 player in our universe... he was sending everyone spam about going into Vacation Mode and nonsense, so I PMed the link back and he said he'd try to spread it.
