My config

Isn't freakin' working.

autoexec.cfg contains the following:

seta g_skipIntro "1"
seta com_useFastVidRestart "1"
seta com_unlockFPS "1"
seta com_unlock_maxFPS "60"
seta com_unlocktimingmethod "1"
g_decals "0"
r_skipstuff "1"
g_fov "110"

I still see the intro.

alt+enter works fine.

The framerate is 60 for the first 2 minutes, and then it gets capped back at 30 (wtf?)

And I still see bulletholes.

Anyone have an idea??

Get used to 30 fps like i have to deal with ^^

Well I did figure it out, finally.

So who knew that there was a freaking id software folder in "My Documents" instead of where the game was installed? That's the first time i've ever heard of that bs.

Anyways, it explained why the autoexec didn't work, why i couldn't find the demos or screenshots, and half a dozen other things. Found my profile folder and dropped it in there and voilah, everything works like a dream
