I dont think WE will have to pay for it, That is the thing with xbox, from what I was told with Xbox, is if you buy cod4 in the stores after the mappack comes out your game will have it, if you bought it before than you will just download it as a free download
That is what I am being told, or at least from Infinity Ward, no news on the exact date of the release for PC but they told me it would be sometime in the summer, and no news about paying for it either.
