New "official" EMZ US Server

I put up a new server with EMZ 1.31a hosted in Washington DC for the US players.

208.43.81.108:27666

Let me know of any probs.

When the new EMZ version goes into beta test I'll update this server and the EU server. Hopefully this will help the US guys get a better handle on the new version instead of having to play across the laggy Atlantic
