Bf2 CRASHES!!!

For some reason lately my BF2 game Crashes when i load it up. I am unable to start the game, this is happening to a friend of mine also. What gives?

It doesn't crash everytime and not for everybody, but most people and almost half of the time.

Yea, 1.3 sucks major balls. Try re-installing, it might only crash half the time then.

There really is no way to fix it I find, just wait for 1.4.
