BugZz has been through alot with eXg. and have always stated that eXg was his home. We are happy to have him back and you will definitly see him throwin down in a plethora of gaming entertainment. So kindly welcome home the Big B.
You cannot turn on the TV, read any newspaper, talk to anyone without hearing about the massive destruction, and loss of life in Haiti. Many of us cannot make the trip to help out, but you can donate. Any donations at this point are VERY welcome as the level of destruciton and human loss is staggering already, and it has only begun. Please be aware there are already SCAMMERS out there taking money which will NOT go to the relief, please Choose reuputable charities here, and pass this onto others as sometimes, gamers, and giving go hand in hand. If you have not seen the devastation, there is a somewhat graphic slideshow here....
Since IW has released MW2 theres been nothing but dedicated server drama. Funny thing is people still bought the game. ClickClick. So why is that? There must be something positive.
For anyone who has played the game can certainly agree that some of the aspects are simply brilliant and quite daring of IW to try out. For example I really enjoyed playing the Spec-op mode online with friends. The matchmaking still has it flaws, we all know that ( getting kicked out of lobby and your mates not, host migration which isn't as bothering as I though it would be. Etc etc.)But all in and all I think it really works well. If you look at it in a different perspective you could just see that Modern Warfare 2 is an excellent public game to play online and really a lot of fun with your friends once you get your game on.
Though the addition of dedicated servers would make it more attractive for the more hardcore audience. And I have no doubt that these will "officialy" come sooner or later, with all the mw2 irc pickup channels and the whole shabang. (It's just a too big audience too miss)
What I am trying to say is that you should not expect to get a full "E-SPORT" competitive gameplay experience when you play modern warfare 2 multiplayer for your first time.
Instead of bashing the game I think it's time you look at the positive sides of the game aswell. Fyi, the singleplayer was again brilliant ...... but short. Still left some questions open which I'm not going to spoil. You need to find out that for yourself.
To conclude my article.
All in all Modern Warfare 2 isn't a bad game, and you shouldn't believe everything you hear about it.
I think if the guys over at Steam would make a free weekend for modern warfare 2 multiplayer, people will still get convinced to go ahead and play it.
So Infinity Ward and Steam what are you waiting for?
