Harmony?

I have been crazy stressed and busy lately and im finding it hard to sit down and do work. Call it ADD or something but I need help haha. I've heard that music with harmony helps calm your brain and allows you to think clearer? So I figured I would start looking for some thinking music. Does anyone know any good harmonic songs, or any other way I could concentrate?
