yes it is unless you have a pirated version of xp then the microsoft guinine advantage software built in will not let you download or install.

Msn isn't compatible with windows xp, so I did some research and found something that was made for linux,ubuntu and mac because msn isn't. The program is called aMSN - it's awesome
LOL! NOOB!!!! MSN is made by microsoft of corse it will work on xp! Inless its pirated - wouldn't suprize me -_- :P

if your not running a server dont run linux go back to windows your fps will be better anyway....

well thats argueable (is that spelt right? lol)

depending on the knowlegde of linux, simple scripts can be had to eleviate any lag in video.

If you are wanting a windows experience in Linux, I would suggest the "Sabonyon" distro.

if anyone is wanting to try linux then just run it in a virtual pc to learn it. google "Microsoft Virtual PC 2007". Go to my website, I am posting a blog on it right now. the link is in my sig.

Btw theres used to be this linux project with a openGL and directX wrapper but project is kinda silent lately. Was / is awesome though.

vmWare is the way to go. I have migrated to vmWare from VirtualPC. I need 64bit guest operating systems & usb support. vmware costs if I remember correctly, $183. And if you take advantage of ACE you can deploy your virtual machine to a jump drive and run it off there from anywhere. :D
