From 07:15 UK Time on 22nd Sept the official EMZ gameserver will be running a public beta test of EMZ 1.3 for Doom 3.
This is mainly a test of the new menu system, stats changes and netcode changes.
The files you need to play will auto-download when you join the server (IP: 81.27.73.100:27800). This build is for Windows and Linux only. We're hoping to have a Mac build ready soon.
If you find any bugs please let us know - the best place is the forums on our site.
NOTE: THIS IS A RESTRICTED BETA BUILD. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RUN YOUR OWN SERVERS WITH THIS.

If you need to delete this version just delete the "the-emz-130*.pk4" files from your EMZ folder; leave all the others as they're from previous versions.
Over the weekend we shall post a full changelog to the web site.
On the "Ranking" system you must have played more than 10 games on the server and won at least one to be given a rank.
Take a look around the menus, play with the in-game server browser, try the new "simple lighting" mode.
Watch the site, report those bugs and, most of all, Enjoy!
Beta 2 will address any bugs foun in this release and add Admin Screens & Custom HUDs.
