Sorry to sound like a dick but I'd like to be welcomed by a Leader of the clan. As im not sure if this is for real or what? Maybe things have changed but only Leader can post 'Clan Joining' Threads?

Vamp, you can tag up. this is a trial basis per pun. He will give you more detail on the trial.

And yes an admin or mod is suppose to be the one to call the vote but we are allowing "by permission" for some to start these threads.

Its not that - Its just ive seen this problem before. Where someone posts up a welcome thread before the vote was closed or Pun/a leader - had confirmed. Better to be safe than sorry
