I can say for sure that the nForce 680i pounds everything else into the ground, and the latest issue of MaxPC puts it in writing. Beyond that, all I can offer is my opinion. I always take into account the "cost versus reward" factor when making ANY recommendations.

DDR2 ehhh, 800's fine. 680i YES. 8800GTX yes, just too good to say no. DC 660, YES. Targan={O_o}; Antec = pwnage. My only thoughts on power supplies beyond ALWAYS using a known, solid name brand, is to plan ahead. If you're going to be SLI'ing, make sure it has you covered. I've had COUNTLESS nights helping people, who bought "Sparkle" power supplies, hehe, ROTFL, weeeeee, and many other OFF brand, El Cheapo's, only to find themselves wishing they had. Not here to POO POO on small companies, but, hehe, take a SERIOUS look at how much power your using, then decide if you want to cut corners, hehe. Antec=Good.

Ok pun i saw reviews on antec 650watts PSU. People have 8800GTX (one) and it runs fine. So i will use that one. My total for upgrade 1,682$ just where i wanted it.
