Well, being an old school guy here, hehe, I can put some .02 in. Alienware has always been one of the better, albeit overpriced online dealers. If you had the cash, you'd get the boom, no questions asked. Sure, sure, the Top Secret buyout by Dell had quite a few worried. Although the prices are a bit high still, the customer service is far superior to that of many (I'm not going to mention them, cough, DELL), and some of the price goes for that as well. With Dell backing them, it should at least enable greater buying power, and hopefully some price cuts passed on to the buyers.

they are overpriced and i suggest to any1 getting a new computer and looking for a cheap one, www.cyberpowerpc.com is by far the best for ur buck.
