EVGA will tear apart any other vid card manufactuer. Not only are their customer service top notch but they stand by their cards thick and thin.
If anybody has been reading about the 7900 GT cards having problems well they are and its not just one manufacturer XFX, BFG, and EVGA have had bad 7XXX series bad cards. Which has most likely been nailed down to a memory issue. My card is inclueded. And today out of nowhere EVGA calls me and walked me through the RMA process. Let me remind you, this is not me calling them. I was called by a tech at EVGA. They are going to cross ship a card to me. That means I pay for no shipping, and also I am not down at all. Try getting that from XFX or BFG...... Last thing I heard fromt he BFG side is that they closed down their forums hahahahahahaha!!!!!!
As far as the "step up program" EVGA, within 3 months of you purchasing your video card from them. You will be able to step up to a higher model and only have to pay for the diff in price. They will give you full credit for the price that you payed for the card. All you have to pay is the diff. And possibly shipping.
