I am working on a bunch of models[guns] for CS:S, if anyone has any cool ideas or guns they would like to see post up reference shots!!!!

Because I have shot a lot of those guns (including the Steyr Scout...sound familiar?

). The SVD Dragunov is also a good one (plus I used to model/render 3d cars and weapons for fun to get to know 3dsMax, so I bookmarked it).

Damn it, the Steyr Scout is the only rifle I actually want to fire. How is it?

It's not as good as one would think. Pretty accurate at 300-400m or so as far as my skill is involved. Couldn't hit anything past that. Have hit further than that with Robar and M24 variants.

Still a sweet gun and smaller/tighter feel to it than most rifles.

Keep in mind that any custom weapon skins/guns in your steam directory will have you kicked out of CAL and various other leagues. I'm pretty sure when the config is loaded on a sever it won't even let you in.
