vent problem, plz help

recently I got a new computer and a new headset. After I used these everytime I talk and someone else is talking or im inside a game, you can hear my game or the other persons voice extremely loudly. Its really friggin annoying so any help would be great

What sound card do u have ? did you update the drivers? what kind of headset is it?

That... and what about your Windows Sound Levels. If you have a sound card did you check those settings as well? In the control panel you will also find SOUND and hardware settings as well. If it's a new set plz check the volume on that as well. Seems like Mic and Headphones are on to high and the Game on low...

Are you using push to talk or voice activation?

He has an HP computer and it's on broad sound. but he can't find out what mother broad it is so there really much i can do so i just told him to call hp to get the info on his pc or find the book or something.

yeah, thanks alot sukki, you gave me some great help today, I havent fixed the problem, but theres alot more with this computer so im taking your advice and taking it back.
