Jamerio needs a hand

I'm sure you guys remember Jamerio, (at least the doom3 guys will) from way back in the day. Well, he's having trouble with a current PC build, and I was wondering if you guys had any insight for him. Here's the link, he's got pics of his MOBO there.

I've always disliked ESR for two reasons:
1. forum format
2. the people that post there!
