BF2 Kits.!

Post by Noface »

Just post what kit(s) you like using most or will want to use for clan/tournament matches.

So i can get a rough idea who wants to be what, we can have different people using the same kits, so its all kool who wants to be what, but we need at least,

3 medics,
2 anti tanks, (maybe 3)
1 engineer (maybe 2, commander should be an engineer so they restore uav, artillery etc),
2 support,
1 spec ops (to take out artillery, uav etc)
? assult
0 snipers (useless for clan matches, in less you lay claymores down at capture points)

- also depends wha map, but this is a general stucture.

8) 8) 8)

Oh yeah.. I forget where my records are but my names Blast-0-Rama. Not sure how my tank skills would be in a match. Have to be cautious I suppose, communicate.

noob drivers.......

also, here is a tip when laying down mines...

instead of placing mines in a horizontal line.... place then in a 45 degree angle.... especially around your bases and hills... your team mates will have a better chance of seeing them and getting around them...

Can I join you in one of your BF2 practices? Or is it EXG only? I played a little a month back or so and got to like a Sargent. My favourite map by far is Karkand. I like to be a commander (then I just spawn as an engineer on a base and not do anything but command unless the base is attacked or I need to fix the radar or something). I like being an engineer (I seem to kill more people with those strategically placed AT mines :) than with the auto shotgun, which I love, btw - it is like D3 shotgun on crack  ). I also played a lot of AntiTank, Medic and Sniper. Those who know me from D3 know I am a smart player and I would make a good commander or a squad leader, at least if I played the game more. I think it would be fun to do some BF2 with D3 people :)

Let me know.

Also, just as advice for those who make up the BF squads, in my experience, engineers are very important. I often seen two armors (a tank and and APC) team up, and since each of them had engineer on board, they were healing each other nicely, while doing something menacing like raping Hotel spawn points on Karkand :) I think they were much more productive that way than they would on their own. So you may want to consider having more engineers. Just a thought, which may be useful for you guys :)
