The cymbal story goes like this! I had a couple of Paiste cymbals from my existing kit but was without a ride and a hi hat. I went Pawn shopping and found these Sabian cymbals! I got a hell of a deal on them. The ride and hi hats are Sabian B8-Pro and they sound incredible for the money. I also picked up a Sabian AA med crash (with a tiny crack) dirt cheap 8.00$

anyhow I now have all those cymbals for a grand total of 168.00$. Not to bad I am sure you'll agree! Like I said before, Just putting this kit together and gonna give the Acoustics a whirl!! It's always easy to upgrade. It's just the matter of how much you want to spend! If $ wasn't an object, I'd be playing a new set of DW's with a rack and all Zildgian cymbals!!

You couldn't be more right as you CAN find a diamond in the rough sometimes. B8 Pro, hmmm, may have to look into that. I have been abused by cymbal companies (as have most drummers) in paying top dollar for the sound we need.

U ever look into those cymbals? To be honest, Microphones is where live and studio sound really matters!!!! My cheap ass s**t sounds good!! (with good mics!!!)
