Over the past few weeks of Pick up scrims and structured practice, Pandoz has been among the few who have displayed the qualities I'm looking for in the members of the competitive CS:S team.
His attitude is superb! I have yet to hear him become so upset that it has affected him in a negative way. That is more then I can say about most, including myself.
His generally positive disposition seems to carry across to whom ever he is interacting with. Players seem happy to be play with him as apart of their team.
I have never heard a complaint about him, which is something I cant say about all of our applicants
He is intuitive, patient, attentive, and has a strong will to participate and win!
He always brings 100% to the practices!
He communicates well. Not only with his team, but with the eXg community.
He Seems to go that extra mile when ever he can. Spending time with practices to help with blocking layouts for new maps. Taking the extra few minutes to explain things to other players whenever possible.
He has donated to the clan pay pal accounts, as well as taking his own time to make some instructional tools for the greater benefit of the CS:S competitive team.
Its safe to say Pandoz was an exemplary Clan member before he even joined
